These Terms apply to Paula Bowden (doing business as Soulful Heart Coaching & Psychic Training; “we” or “us”), our classes, courses, products, services, and website (“Site”). The term “You” or “Your” refers to anyone accessing or purchasing any offering ("Offering"). We may modify these Terms at any time and will update the “Last Updated” date accordingly.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Offering, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not proceed or contact us to request removal of your data and cessation of access.
You affirm that You are at least 18 years old or meet the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If younger, you must have permission from your parent or guardian.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content—text, graphics, images, videos, trademarks—is owned or licensed by Paula Bowden. It is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use materials included in your purchased Offering. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any part of the Offering.
Claim ownership or ownership rights to any intellectual property.
Use the Offering unlawfully or without proper attribution.
You may use materials for personal reference only. Any external use (blogs, quotes) requires prior written permission and proper credit to Paula Bowden.
License & Usage Rights
Access is granted only to individuals who have purchased an Offering. Team members or groups require their own purchase.
You may download or print Your materials for personal use only.
Unauthorized sharing or theft will result in removal of access and may lead to legal action.
User Conduct & Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for securing your login and password.
You understand that sessions, coaching, and materials are intended for spiritual and personal development—not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a licensed professional as needed.
You assume all risks associated with using the materials and services offered.
Course Access & Use
Upon purchase or enrollment, You agree that:
You are responsible for payment
We can revoke access if Terms are violated
We may pursue legal remedies if unauthorized usage occurs
Access may be terminated if we believe you are misusing, infringing, or violating the Terms.
Communication, Confidentiality & Model Release
Any communication via web form, email, voicemail, or comments may be used for internal purposes or marketing (unless otherwise agreed).
By providing images, you grant Paula Bowden usage rights for marketing and promotional content.
Mobile Messaging (if applicable)
If You subscribe to text notifications, You consent to receive recurring messages related to appointments and offerings. Message & data rates may apply.

Payments, Refunds & Collections
Payments are due per session/course details. Late payments are subject to 1.5% daily interest post 14-day grace period.
All sales are final unless stated otherwise in course agreement.
In rare cases, we may offer refunds or transfers, at our discretion.
Non-payment may result in account suspension or transfer to collections, including fees and interest.
Chargebacks are discouraged; fees for disputes may apply.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All Offerings and Site content are provided “as is” without warranty.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Your use of the material or services.
You assume all risks, including reliance on content or technical failure.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith; if unresolved, formal proceedings apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Coquitlam, BC.
Termination & Non-Disparagement
We may terminate access at any time for Terms violations.
You agree not to defame or disparage us. If such content is posted, access may be revoked and legal action pursued.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement with you.
If any part is invalidated, the rest remain in force.
Acknowledgment & Updates
You agree to these Terms by accessing or using the Site/Offerings.
We update this document periodically. If changes are substantial, we will notify you and update the “Last Updated” date.
